2006: Year of the Mac!

The new year (2007) is barely 10 hrs old and as I sit here at my notebook and contemplated writing an interesting post I'm taken aback at how little I remember about 2006. The only thing personally that jumps to mind is that the last year was a big change for me in terms of computer technology. My old PC died in late 2005 and February 2006 saw me buy my new Apple Mac Mini, it was quite the change as for many many years I was and had become a Windows aficionado and when my computer bit the dust and I contemplated buying a new machine I thought it a good time to completely change platforms. The change has been refresing. The year also closed with an Apple computer purchase as I bought a 12" G3 iBook on eBay and slowly rebuild it and I'm currently using it to post this blog. So now I have both a Mac desktop and a Mac notebook and I'm not looking back.

I mention in my newly revised profile that my next posts will exlain how 2007 will be a year of closing the loop on many of my projects and a cleansing of many of my thoughts and things that have preoccupied my mind and some have weighed heavy on my mind. It all sounds much worst than it actually is and I hope to clear up a few things in the next posts.
